Google Fined €403 Million Over GDPR Location Data Violations

Ireland's Data Protection Commission fined Google €403 million for violating the EU's GDPR in how three of its features handled users' location data between May 2018 and February 2020. Google was ordered to bring its processing into compliance within six months.
