Teacher finds first-ever adult T. rex trackway from 66.5 million years ago

In North Dakota's Hell Creek Formation, paleontologists documented the first continuous trackway of an adult T. rex: four three-toed prints along a 23-foot stretch. Each print is nearly 3 feet long, with a 13-foot stride and an estimated speed of 3.5–4.5 mph. Three prints will be airlifted to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.
