Kaohsiung breaks ground on Baipu park for advanced packaging suppliers

Construction of Baipu Industrial Park began on September 21 on the border of Kaohsiung's Gangshan and Ciaotou districts. Approved by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs in March 2026, the site targets advanced packaging suppliers for the post-Moore era.
