Realtek RTL8773J debuts as first Bluetooth 7-ready microcontroller

Realtek has unveiled the RTL8773J family, the first Bluetooth 7-ready microcontrollers. It pairs a 200 MHz Cortex-M55 core with a Cortex-M33 core, up to 2MB SRAM, 8MB PSRAM and 16MB flash, and supports HDT at up to 7.5 Mbps plus Realtek HDT+ at up to 15 Mbps.

• Cortex-M55 at 200 MHz and Cortex-M33 cores, HiFi 1s DSP up to 400 MHz
• Bluetooth 6.2 with Bluetooth 7 features: HDT up to 7.5 Mbps, Realtek HDT+ up to 15 Mbps
• Up to 2MB SRAM, 8MB PSRAM and 16MB embedded flash
• Four SKUs spanning dongles, TWS earbuds, speakers and hearing aids
