Five Operators File to Build Data Centers in Texas

Five operators filed with TDLR to build data centers in Texas. Digital Realty plans an 80-MW DFW45 in Garland for $300M, CoreSite its first Dallas facility for $200M, DataBank DFW15 for $425M, Colovore a 40-MW AUS01 in Hutto for $280M, and Hut 8 Beacon Point in Robstown for $399M.

• CoreSite: first Dallas facility DA1, 230,000 sq ft, $200M
• DataBank: DFW15, 443,680 sq ft, $425M, start February 2027
• Colovore: 40-MW AUS01, over 600 kW per rack, $280M
