Call of Duty Warzone Officially Shutting Down Next Month on PS4, Xbox One

Activision is ending support for Call of Duty: Warzone on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One shortly after the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Season 1, which arrives on October 23. The game will remain available on PS5, Xbox Series X and PC, and will integrate Modern Warfare 4 content and progression with the new season.

• Warzone will stop working on PS4 and Xbox One after MW4 Season 1 starts
• Modern Warfare 4 launches October 23 on PS5, Xbox Series X, PC and Switch 2
• New Warzone downloads on PS4 and Xbox One are already unavailable
• In June the Warzone in-game store on old consoles will be removed
