AVK launches AVK Capital to fund and own data center power
AVK created AVK Capital to finance and own data center energy infrastructure, selling power via long-term PPAs. The unit is backed by over $1 billion from Partners Group; AVK has a 2 GW pipeline.

- Partners Group took a majority stake in AVK and will invest over $1B
- First project is a 110 MW microgrid at PureDC in Dublin
