Galaxy S26 FE battery rated for 1200 cycles, down from 2000

An EU energy label database entry for the Galaxy S26 FE (SM-S741B) lists 1200 charging cycles versus 2000 for the S25 FE, with the same 4900 mAh battery and 45 W charging. A 7.5-hour runtime gain comes from the 3nm Exynos 2500, but at one cycle a day the battery would wear out in about 3.3 years, well before the seven-year support period ends.
