Report: Poor AI governance fuels fear and misuse despite benefits

GoTo and Workplace Intelligence surveyed 2,500 employees and IT leaders in the US, Europe, India, and Brazil. AI saves over two hours a day, but 80% fear being fired for an AI mistake, and 31% avoid it because of that. Only 24% of small companies have an AI usage policy.
