TSMC co-COO Y.J. Mii said AI is useful for coding and chip design but cannot help develop advanced process technologies like A14 (1.4nm) due to lack of data on new variables. He compared AI to a three-year-old Superman and called finding executives for global teams the main challenge to expansion.
