Hyosung Heavy and Siemens partner on AI data centers and digital grids

Hyosung Heavy Industries and Siemens signed a global strategic partnership agreement in Seoul. The companies will link Hyosung's ARMOUR+ asset management platform with Siemens' Electrification X grid control system and build joint solutions for digital substations and AI data centers using semiconductor transformers and Siemens EMS.

• The GSPA was signed on October 30 in Seoul with Korean and German officials present
• ARMOUR+ and Electrification X will be integrated to prevent outages from substations to buildings
• AI data center offering combines Hyosung semiconductor transformers with Siemens EMS
