Samsung Foundry confirms hyperscaler 2nm orders as first GAA chips enter production

Samsung has for the first time confirmed on the record that major cloud providers and AI HPC customers have committed to its 2nm SF2 Gate-All-Around process. Mass production of 2nm GAA chips began in Q3 2026, and 2nm project orders are set to double in 2026 versus the prior year.
