Nasscom seeks deferral of new GST rules for ecommerce deliveries to January 2027
Nasscom has asked India's finance ministry to postpone revised GST rules for ecommerce delivery services from November 1 to January 1, 2027. The new norms set a 5% GST rate without input tax credit for specified delivery services and broaden the scope of services for which marketplaces must pay tax.
