Tencent Hunyuan publishes Hy-Nomas report and Hy-Nomas-Bench for world models

Tencent Hunyuan has published a technical report for Hy-Nomas, its open 8B interactive video world model, and released Hy-Nomas-Bench with 280 test cases. Both the model and benchmark are Apache 2.0 licensed, and an INT8 build runs on a single RTX 4090.
