Rivian expands VW joint venture to include AI assistant

Rivian is licensing elements of its AI voice assistant technology to Volkswagen Group as part of their $5.8 billion joint venture. Terms weren't disclosed; the assistant could debut in VW's low-cost ID EVERY1 EV.
