Telehouse closes £220m purchase of London Docklands campus for 65MW data center

KDDI-owned Telehouse completed its acquisition of the Inventory Estate in East London's East India Dock from LaSalle Investment Management and Trilogy Real Estate for more than £220 million ($294m). The site will host a new high-density, AI-ready 65MW data center next to the existing Docklands campus.
