Kioxia Shows XL1 CXL XL-FLASH NAND Device at FMS 2026

Kioxia unveiled the XL1, a 512 GB CXL 2.0 Type 3 device using XL-FLASH Gen 2 NAND in E3.S form factor. It delivers up to 2 million IOPS at 755 ns latency and lets servers scale memory without DRAM prices.
