AMD FSR 4.1 preview boosts image quality but drops FPS on handhelds

AMD has released a preview of FidelityFX Super Resolution 4.1 for handhelds powered by Ryzen Z2 Extreme and RDNA 3.5 GPUs. The upscaler improves image clarity but lowers frame rates, with Cyberpunk 2077 dropping 8.9% in performance mode versus FSR 2.1. It requires manual activation via Armory Crate SE and works in a limited set of games.
