Polestar 2 production ends after 200,000 units built

The last Polestar 2 has rolled off the Luqiao line in China, with more than 200,000 of the electric sedan built since its 2020 launch. Polestar hasn't officially confirmed it, but the move aligns with plans for an updated Polestar 2 in 2027 and an all-new Polestar 7 SUV in early 2028.
