Anthropic opens Claude Enterprise ROI tracking to all customers

Anthropic has made three Claude Enterprise tracking features generally available after a September beta: smart reports, pooled budgets and in-app surveys. Smart reports show which tasks employees run through Claude, how often and at what cost, while pooled budgets set a monthly group cap on top of per-seat limits.
