iPhone Duo review: £1,999 foldable excites The Independent's reviewer

The Independent's Alex Lee spent five days with Apple's first foldable iPhone, the £1,999 iPhone Duo, and said it made him feel like a kid with a new toy again. He praised the lightweight titanium build (254 g), 7.6-inch inner display and Split View multitasking, but flagged missing telephoto lens and app optimization as caveats.

• iPhone Duo costs £1,999 with a titanium frame and weighs 254 g vs 249 g for the 18 Pro Max
• 5.4-inch outer screen and a 7.6-inch matte foldable inner display
• Two 48MP rear cameras (main and ultrawide), no dedicated telephoto lens
• Caveats include app optimization and the lack of optical zoom
