iFixit's teardown shows the North American iPhone 18 Pro has a 4288 mAh battery, only 1% more than the iPhone 17 Pro's 4252 mAh. The European version has 4056 mAh, and the iPhone 18 Pro Max has 5391 mAh. Battery replacement now costs $129.
