Japanese retailer finds fake Ryzen 9 9900X3D with no dies under the IHS

Japanese store PCONES discovered a counterfeit Ryzen 9 9900X3D whose substrate had no CCDs or I/O die after delidding. The fake was also identifiable by a non-standard font on the integrated heat spreader.
