Nxera Singapore signs MoU with Sembcorp for low-carbon power supply

Nxera Singapore, Singtel's AI data center arm, signed a non-binding MoU with Sembcorp to supply renewable and low-carbon energy to its data centers in Singapore. Options under review include low-carbon hydrogen, biomethane, vertical and floating solar, and imports from the 2.2GW floating solar project at Linggiu Reservoir in Johor, Malaysia.
