CodeSignal has released Agentic Skills Intelligence, a platform where specialized AI agents evaluate employees' work in tools like Gong, Salesforce, GitHub, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Workday and Google Workspace against structured skills rubrics. Generally available October 28, it links identified gaps to personalized practice via the company's AI tutor Cosmo.
