Info Edge founder Bikhchandani to take over as group CEO as Oberoi steps down

Sanjeev Bikhchandani will become executive vice chairman, MD and group CEO of Info Edge from December 3, 2026, succeeding Hitesh Oberoi. Oberoi is stepping down after nearly 27 years in a full-time executive role and will stay on the board as a non-executive director. The announcement came with Q2 FY27 results showing net profit up 87% to ₹649.8 Cr.
