AI chip startup Tenstorrent raises $1.5B at $6.2B valuation

AI chip startup Tenstorrent said on Oct. 27 it raised $1.5 billion in a Series E round at a $6.2 billion valuation. The funds will go toward ramping foundry orders, expanding compiler and runtime teams, and fielding reference systems for hyperscalers. Innovation X co-led the round.
