Hi3D open-sources Hi3D v1.0, a Sparc3D-based model that refines 3D meshes up to 1536 resolution
Chinese 3D company Hi3D has open-sourced Hi3D v1.0, a model that refines a coarse mesh plus a reference image into high-detail geometry. Built on the Sparc3D framework and trained on about 2 million curated 3D assets, it ships with inference code on GitHub and weights on Hugging Face. The top 1536 setting has only been validated on a 96GB Nvidia H20.
- Refines an existing mesh using a reference image rather than generating from scratch
- Trained on ~2M 3D assets, built on Sparc3D from NeurIPS 2025
- 512, 1024 and 1536 modes run one, two and three extraction passes
- Requires Linux, Python 3.10 and a GPU with compute capability 8.0+; no CPU path
