Naver finalizes $9B AI infrastructure deal with Brookfield

Naver has secured a $9 billion (about 12 trillion won) AI infrastructure financing agreement with Brookfield through 2028. The deal satisfies the condition for Nvidia's $1 billion investment, which would make Nvidia Naver's third-largest shareholder. The AI factory will start with 55 MW in the first half of 2027 and scale to 1 GW.
