OpenBMB releases free MiniCPM OCR model

OpenBMB has released MiniCPM OCR, an open 1.3-billion-parameter model that converts PDFs, scans and phone photos into text and flags regions it may have misread. The main model scored 93.68 on Real5-OmniDocBench and improved end-to-end processing efficiency by 55%.
