Replit CEO says AI agents will make the org chart obsolete by 2030

Replit CEO Amjad Masad argued that every Fortune 500 company will become a "Self-Driving Company" by 2030, with humans making judgment calls and AI agents executing most work. Replit launched Cloud Agents for Pro and Enterprise customers and outlined its Agent Habitat concept for permissioned agent access.
