GPT-6.1 Terra is now generally available in GitHub Copilot

GitHub has made OpenAI's GPT-6.1 Terra generally available in Copilot across the app, CLI and VS Code. Positioned as a cheaper alternative to GPT-6.1 Sol for everyday agentic coding, it reportedly solves more terminal and C# tasks than GPT-5.6 Terra.
