SoftBank sells 1.2% stake in Ola Electric amid Rs 1,000 Cr rights issue

SoftBank affiliate SVF II Ostrich (DE) LLC sold 5.55 crore Ola Electric shares between January 6 and October 22, 2026, cutting its stake from 12.9% to 11.7%. The sale comes as Ola Electric runs a Rs 1,000 crore rights issue at Rs 27 per share, open from October 22 to October 30.
