Judge Allows Google, Yahoo and Microsoft Subpoenas to Identify Gay-Torrents Users

U.S. District Judge John Robert Blakey partially granted FlavaWorks' request to subpoena Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, AT&T, Cloudflare and Newfold Digital to identify 39 users and admins of the Gay-Torrents.org tracker. Providers must hand over names, addresses, phone numbers, recovery emails and the latest IP address since January 2025; requests for billing data and a Stripe subpoena were denied.
