iOS 27.2 Ships Without Redesigned Health App or AI Coach

iOS 27.2 has rolled out without Apple's redesigned Health app, which was tested in betas but pulled in the fourth beta on October 13. Apple has been developing an AI health coach, Project Mulberry, since 2025, but the effort was scaled back and delayed with no new date.
