Protectt.ai to acquire controlling stake in Bosch's AIShield

Indian cybersecurity startup Protectt.ai plans to acquire a controlling stake in AIShield, an AI security platform incubated within Bosch Global Software Technologies. Bosch will retain a minority stake; financial terms and timeline were not disclosed. AIShield will operate independently and grow its team from 12–15 to 50–60 people by March 2027.
