Fortinet extends FortiGate firewalls into AI security

Fortinet launched the FortiGuard Inline AI Security Service, which inspects prompts sent to LLMs, agents and MCP tools on existing FortiGate firewalls. FortiAIGate gains data masking, per-user spending caps and more than 50 built-in compliance policies.
