FaceTagr facial recognition used to ID Nepal flood victims

Nepal authorities are using the FaceTagr facial recognition system alongside DNA analysis to identify flood victims. Of 1,377 bodies found, only 102 (7%) were identified by September 11, while two DNA centers process fewer than 1,000 samples a year.
