Modders nearly double AI throughput on RTX 20/30/40 via firmware unlock

Independent modders released open-pu-unlock firmware utilities that lift NVIDIA's FP16/BF16 limits on RTX 20, 30 and 40 series cards under Linux. The RTX 4090 jumps from 165.6 to 331.6 TOPS, and RTX 3090 Ti matrix math runs up to 80% faster. There is no gain in games, and the mod voids the warranty.
