Cooler Master launches 2.5MW in-row CDU for AI data centers

Cooler Master has unveiled a liquid-to-liquid in-row CDU delivering up to 2.5MW of cooling at 990 GPM with a 4-5°C approach temperature difference. Up to 32 interconnected units scale to 80MW, with each unit drawing 40kW.
