Freedom Holding plans $2B Kazakhstan AI hub and first public GPU cloud in 2027

Freedom Holding announced progress on a $2 billion Sovereign AI Hub in Kazakhstan and plans to launch its first public GPU cloud in 2027. The site is designed for 100 MW of available power, with Freedom as principal financier and operator. Demand already reaches twice the planned capacity of the hub's first stage.
