BIOS Update Drops Ryzen 7 9800X3D Temps From 95°C to 86°C
A Reddit user with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D on an MSI X870 Tomahawk saw thermal throttling at 95°C for over a year despite a 360mm AIO. Updating the BIOS cut temperatures to 86°C at the same 130W. AMD has not confirmed any BIOS bug.
