Anthropic S-1: SpaceXAI compute deal reaches $120.5B

Anthropic's newly public IPO prospectus shows its compute agreement with Elon Musk's SpaceXAI is worth up to $120.5 billion through 2029, about $36 billion more than previously reported. Once capacity is delivered, Anthropic will pay roughly $3.1 billion per month. The filing also discloses deals of at least $114.5 billion with Google, $110 billion with Amazon and $44.9 billion with Microsoft.
