ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X20 review: OLED screen at $1,300

Android Authority tested the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X20, a $1,300 handheld with the same AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme chip and 24GB of LPDDR5X as last year's Ally X, plus an OLED display, a transparent shell and updated controls. On the 35W Turbo preset (plugged in only) games run at 30–60fps, and the 80Wh battery lasts about three hours in demanding titles.

• Same Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme and 24GB LPDDR5X as the Ally X
• 35W Turbo only when plugged in, 25W on battery
• About three hours of play on the Performance preset
• $1,300 price is the main barrier to buying
