Canon launches Printer EDR for office printers

Canon has developed Printer EDR technology, bringing endpoint detection and response to office printers. It will arrive in December 2026 as a firmware update for imageFORCE, imageRUNNER and imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX models, detecting threats using MITRE ATT&CK scenarios.
