Intel CEO discussed possible collaboration with AMD's Lisa Su, 14A 0.9 PDK due soon

Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan said at an October 24 CASPA fireside chat that he has spoken with AMD chief Lisa Su about potential areas of cooperation. He also said the 14A process will get a 0.9 PDK soon and a 1.0 PDK for volume production early next year, while 18A is already in volume production.
