Survey: 10% of US gamers plan to skip work for GTA VI launch

A GameSquare survey of 1,000 full-time US employees who play games found 10% plan to miss work on GTA VI's 19 November 2026 launch, with another 30% considering time off. 42% expect lower productivity, and 42% say they are less likely to watch NFL games the first weekend after release.
