Open WebUI adds native MCP tool routing

Open WebUI now natively supports Model Context Protocol servers: users register MCP endpoints in settings and the chat UI routes tool calls directly, without a LangChain middleware layer. The change simplifies self-hosted Ollama + Open WebUI stacks that previously needed a separate agent runner.
