France cut internet-exposed Danfoss panels by 71% in three days after attack

After a cyber-attack on supermarket cooling systems, the number of internet-exposed Danfoss StoreView panels in France fell from 1,825 to 537 between 11 and 14 October 2026. Censys notes that all three tracked firmware versions shrank by about 70%, indicating operators disconnected panels rather than patched them.
