Rockchip RK3668 targets edge AI with 44 TOPS NPU and PCIe 5.0

Rockchip's upcoming RK3668 is a 6nm octa-core SoC with six Cortex-A725 cores, two Cortex-A520 cores, a Mali-G2 Pro MC4 GPU and a 44 TOPS NPU. It adds LPDDR6 support, PCIe 5.0, dual 10GbE and 8K120 decoding, with engineering samples planned for Q1 2027.

• 44 TOPS NPU supporting Transformers and mixture-of-experts
